JOE BENNETT, FOOTBALLER WHO TRIED TO RAPE TEENAGE BOY SPARED JAIL

A Footballer branded a “predator” by police who carried out a series of attempted child rapes as a teenager has been handed a suspended prison sentence.

Joe Bennett was 31 when he repeatedly abused a 13-year-old boy, molesting the victim as he slept and forcing him into sexual activity.
